IMPACT Marketing & Public Relations is managed by Duane Carey, the company’s president, and Carolyn West Price, the founder.
Carolyn founded IMPACT in 1990, after seeing a void in the market for professional marketing consulting aimed at small- to mid-sized businesses and professional service providers. Duane founded another marketing company in 2004 with a similar focus. After much collaboration between the two firms, Carolyn and Duane recognized that together they could offer a unique strategic advantage to their clients and officially joined forces in 2005. Now, with 17 years of service to our clients, the company remains true to that mission of serving the smaller enterprises. Indeed, many of our clients have been with us since the very beginning.

IMPACT's "team" approach to client service
It is every entrepreneur’s dream to build an organization with talented individuals who not only contribute their own creativity and experience, but who also understand what it means to be a "team" player.
IMPACT’s approach to client service is based on this philosophy - the IMPACT team approach.
While Carolyn West Price and Duane Carey, the company’s Principals, personally handle all strategic planning with clients and interact with each client on a regular basis - as a member of your management team - they also oversee IMPACT’s network of talented public relations and advertising pros, with each professional contributing his or her specialty to each account when needed.
In addition, the overlap of a team system enables IMPACT to assist clients more efficiently, as opposed to the traditional agency structure which often leaves you hearing, "Sorry, your account representative is out of the office today."
At IMPACT, we believe the "team" approach is the best approach that will allow you to make an impact through creative, cost-effective marketing communications. Isn’t it time for your organization to make an impact by teaming with IMPACT?
Whether your objectives and competitive position suggest that you work with IMPACT on an ongoing basis - as your very own "part-time marketing department" - or simply on projects when they arise, IMPACT’s flexibility and creativity will
certainly give you a competitive edge.
